Magnetic materials in playing an increasingly important role in people’s lives, especially in the field of biomedical magnetic fabric care more and more get the welcome of people, its own magnetic health care efficacy has been answered by people, and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) has a good biocompatibility, biodegradable, nontoxic and corrosion resistance of polymer materials and its widespread application in the food, textile, agriculture, electronics, and other areas, especially in the packing filtration material, tissue engineering scaffolds, drug release, and other fields has been widely used. Especially PVA excellent film-forming performance made rapid development in the field of film and nano fiber, but due to the low PVA film and nano fiber membrane strength weakness to a great extent, restricts its application scope, so on the basis of improving strength by modification to endow them with magnetic to expand the scope of its application in the field of high performance becomes very meaningful.Combined with clay reinforcing composite materials in recent years, the development of performance after the modification of PVA composite film is superior to ordinary PVA composite membrane, attapulgite(AT) as a kind of unique water rich magnesium aluminum silicate layer chain silicate clay, and cheap conveniently, gradually attracted the attention of the researchers, and it is used as filling agent to improve the performance of the polymer. This article first on the AT surface generated using the method of chemical precipitation precipitation Fe3O4 magnetic nano ions, the preparation of magnetic attapulgite(MAT), and by TEM, FTIR, XRD, BET and TGA, and analytical means such as VSM on magnetic attapulgite(MAT) characterizing the structure and performance, show good adsorption Fe3O4 nanoparticles on the surface of the AT, the corresponding specific surface area increased with the increase of recombination rate increases after the first decreases, and magnetic intensity increases with the increase of recombination rate.In the preparation of magnetic attapulgite(MAT) basis, this article adopts the method of solution blending stretch film, the preparation of PVA/MAT composite material, and through the SEM, FTIR, XRD, TGA and VSM analysis method to analyze the structure of the nanocomposites performance, and its mechanical performance tests to study the effects of the mechanical properties of the composites, the results show that magnetic attapulgite(MAT) can be spread to nanoscale in PVA matrix, add 1% of the magnetic attapulgite(MAT) can significantly improve the thermal stability of the nano composite film, make its heat resistance enhancement, magnetic attapulgite(MAT) of magnetic particles in a certain extent, also can improve the thermal stability of nano membrane, accelerate the decomposition of composite membrane material of magnetic characterization indicates that the existence of the magnetic, laid the foundation for the further study of magnetic fabric for later.In the preparation of magnetic nanocomposites, on the basis of PVA/MAT impregnated-baking method in cotton fabric surface crosslinked PVA/MAT film formation, preparation of PVA/MAT modified composite cotton fabrics, given its magnetic properties of the composite material. Through SEM analysis of modified cotton fabric surface morphology can be found by SEM analysis, the composite film material uniform adhesion in cotton fabric shows that through the study of PVA/MAT proportion and dipping time on the tensile properties of modified cotton fabrics, bursting properties, wrinkle resilience, fabric soft, smooth performance such as performance, the influence of the best condition of coating cotton fabric for PVA: MAT = 100:1, the dipping time for 60 min, to offer some data for the further study of the cotton fabrics after magnetic basement.
