PTFE film is produced by two-way stretch, through SEM can be seen that the film composed of fiber bundle interconnected, the space between the fibers and filaments formed the microporous membrane. Membrane pore is numerous, there are about 9 billion micro holes per square inch, pore diameter distribution mainly concentrates in the 0.8 ~ 1μm. The smallest aperture of membrane pore is only 0.6μm, and maximum aperture at about 1.6μm, water vapor is 0.0004μm in diameter. Thus water vapor molecules can through the pores easily, the film has the function of the moisture. And people can come into contact with the minimum liquid water is mist, the drop diameter of 20 microns. Therefore, film also have waterproof function.Film moisture transmission of 8450 g/m2·24h, more than 3000 g/m2·24h of the human body feel comfortable moisture transmission. Film also has a good windproof performance at the same time, when the wind pressure rise to level equivalent to 10 wind wind pressure, membrane permeability rate is 28.85 mm/s, and when the ventilation rate of more than 30 mm/s lost windproof performance.Choosing copolyamide(COPA) hot melt adhesive as binder, using plate vulcanizing machine made surface fabric, hot melt adhesive, PTFE film, hot melt adhesive and linning fabric the five hierarchy together by hot pressing get the laminated fabric. Laminating process by orthogonal experimental design, form a four factors three levels, a total of nine kinds of laminating process of orthogonal experiment. Under the condition of nine kinds of craft get laminated fabric for including moisture permeability, peel strength, hydrostatic pressure resistance and gas permeability test. Finally using grey near optimal theory to deal with data work out process 2 for the optimal process.Comprehensive comparison of four kinds of different fabrics made of laminated fabric properties, including nylon cotton laminated fabric in permeability, warmth retention property and peel strength performance aspects of the three compound fabric is the most important segment. Therefore, choose nylon cotton interwoven fabric as waterproof and moisture permeable laminated fabric is more ideal.The better the material on the surface of the hydrophilic, the greater the bond strength between with other substances. In order to further improve the peel strength of laminated fabric hydrophilic modification was carried out on the film, modified with 1 ml Fe Cl3 solution preparation of Fe(OH)3 gel to film had the best treatment effect. For already adsorption Fe(OH)3 gel film aggregates hydrophilic monomer acrylic optimal combination for A3B2C1D2, the polymerization temperature was 70℃, acrylic monomer concentration was 20%, polymerization time was 20 min, initiator dosage was 1%.After the modification of the laminated fabric in addition to the moisture transmission, high hydrostatic pressure and ventilation rate fell slightly, peel strength value is greatly increased, up to the enterprise standard of 5N/2.5cm.
