Due to the rapid development of the manufacturing industry,the fine division of labor in the industry,and the acceleration of people's life rhythm,the probability of limb trauma is greatly increased.In recent years,people's rapid integration into work and self-protection health awareness has increased,and the requirements for medical dressing products have also increased.Bandaging is not only a single hemostasis,but also soft and comfortable protection and treatment,and does not affect people's daily activities.Most of the current medical bandage products have only one-way elasticity,and the elasticity and comfort are poor.When the bandage is too loose,it is easy to fall off during use,and the bandage is too tight.And even amputations have occurred frequently.The release of the standard of medical dressing base cloth fills the gap of the industry standard and provides an important technical basis for researchers.Medical dressing products with good elasticity and comfort performance,repeated bending activities at the injured site,not easy to loosen or even fall off,can better fit the wound,reduce the pressure on the wound,and promote faster recovery of the wound health.This project uses 3 kinds of spandex covered yarns with 5d of linear density and different spandex content.It is designed to develop 12 kinds of woven fabrics by changing the density of the fabric.Weaving process is used to measure the basic parameters and elasticity Testing of air permeability,moisture permeability,moisture conductivity,moisture absorption and release performance showed that the elasticity of the fabric has been greatly improved,and it can meet the requirements of the elastic recovery rate of 70%or more in the standard.Different fibers in the yarn The content and different fabric density have a greater impact on the performance of the fabric.In this paper,the comprehensive analysis method of fuzzy mathematics is used to evaluate the performance of the 12 designed fabrics using the elastic elongation,elastic recovery rate,wrinkle recovery angle,air permeability,moisture permeability,and wicking height as the evaluation indicators.When the ratio of nylon to spandex content in the yarn is 5:2,the warp density is 200pieces/10 cm,and the weft density is 180 pieces/10 cm,the normalized expected value obtained by the fabric is the best,and the best result is obtained.Close to expectations.And when the warp density is 200 pieces/10 cm,and the weft density is 180 pieces/10 cm,the overall normalized value of the fabric is high,the warp density is 400 pieces/10 cm,and the weft density is 380 pieces/10 cm.The normalized result is small.For the development of similar fabrics,the density should not be too large.According to different wound sites,different types of bandaging products are required,whether they are drug-loading or not.The normalized value of the designed and developed woven fabrics The first 6 fabrics are compounded with the polyester fiber mesh through the needle punching process.After the compounding,although the elasticity is reduced,it can still meet the standard requirements.Test the elasticity,breathability,moisture permeability and moisture conductivity.The drug loading of fabrics used in medical tapes,band-aids,bandages and other products is mainly loaded in the form of a solution.Therefore,the drug-carrying properties of fabrics are indirectly characterized by the fabric's moisture permeability.The results show that the fabric's moisture permeability is improved and the drug-loading capacity of the fabric is improved.The comprehensive evaluation was carried out by the comprehensive analysis method of fuzzy mathematics.It was concluded that the woven fabric and polyester fiber mesh were combined with a nylon to spandex content ratio of 5:2,a warp density of 200 pieces/10 cm,and a weft density of180 pieces/10 cm.The performance of the resulting fabric was the best.There are 57 figures in the paper,15 tables,and 96 references.
