Coal and gas outburst is one of the major hazards for safety mining of coal mine. Recent years, along with the mining depth deepened, the geological conditions around coal seam have become increasingly complex. The outburst index(such as gas content, gas pressure, to stress, etc.) frequently exceeded the strength and frequency of coal and gas outburst is gradually increased. Each outburst mine urgent need for a safe, economic and efficient regional gas control scheme to ensure the coal mine has the normal economic benefits in the big environment which the coal economy down.Through analysis of Pingdingshan No.6 coal mine group D coal seam, we find it has several characteristics, such as large of the coal seam depth span, complex geological structure and development, gas pressure, gas content is relatively small, unprotected recoverable and so on. Thesis through analyzed with mine data and mechanical parameters measured, using ANSYS software to simulate the coal seam stresses and tectonic stress distribution, gas content and gas pressure of critical value determined experimentally by drilling spray holes, also refer to the gas emission the initial velocity and volume of drilling cuttings critical values was measured in the other adjacent coal mine similar coal seam. Taking these results to divided highlight the danger of D group of coal seam into some grading. Through the drilling rig capacity assessment, determine the effective radius of the drilling, coal mine outburst prevention capacity evaluation, combined with the result of hierarchical; select the appropriate level of regional conflict prevention measures. To evaluate the results of different outburst region after regional comprehensive measures implement,. Achieve the purpose of high efficient regional gas control. Finally, the thesis research achievements conducted on-site applications at Pingdingshan No. Coal Mine group D 5.6-21110 mining face. Judging from the results achieved, achieve the safe, efficient and economical regional gas control, and reach the goal of safe mining and high efficiency in coal mine.
