The Construction Organization Design For Updated Project Of Gudongxin Gas Pipeline’s Segment Acrossing Yellow River

Gudongxin gas pipeline is gas pipeline of Qilu petrochemical feedstock and outside pipeline of Shandong pipe network. The pipeline put into operation in 1991, the pipeline north from the compressor stations, south to the to Linzi gas transmission terminal station, Midway through Jixian station, Dongying compressor stations, in the middle acrossing the Yellow River, length of pipeline is 147 km, and material quality x-60. According to the records of the relevant data, Currently the laying of pipeline does not meet the “oil and gas transmission pipeline crossing engineering design specifications and requirements”. In addition, Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Testing Center twice tested the Gudongxin gas pipeline through the segment of the Yellow River in 2008 and 2009 and found the Yellow river showing erosion trend with the conduct of the Yellow River water and sediment regulation. If the pipeline crossings thrust, the gas will be a lot of leakage, the river can not be construction, which greater affects on gas production of Shengli Oil field, sales and gas supply of Dongying City, the urban household. In order to eliminate security risks, and ensure the safety of the normal operation of gas pipeline and sales, gas apply of Dongying City, urban living, need to update the laying of Gudongxin gas pipelines across the Yellow River segment.The method of Gudong Xin gas pipeline laying is Directional Drilling, direction drill mainly including four parts, that is pilot hole drilling, the reaming, cleaning hole, back to drag. This article mainly according to geological conditions of GuDongxin gas pipeline, proposing the calculation method of path curves, calculation requirements of back to drag force. Through the project construction process, puting forward the relevant standards require and measures to deal with accidents and dangers that may arise.In order to make the construction carry out successfully, This paper analyzes the engineering of the executive work plan. Aiming at safety management, put forward to HSE management system and corresponding measures,which make project carry out orderly. The ultimate guarantee that the project be completed within the expected time, and ensure the quality of the projects as well as safety and reliability.
