Reservoir Engineering Studies Of Horizontal Wells For ZH Guantao Heterogeneous Reservoir With Bottom Water

For the reservoir with bottom water, the reservoir heterogeneity and the longitudinal position of the horizontal section are the most important influencing factors of the horizontal wells’ exploitation effect. In this thesis we will carry out comprehensive reservoir engineering studies of horizontal wells for heterogeneous reservoir with bottom water, make the sensitivity evaluation of horizontal wells’ production capacity and the distribution research of production capacity in the bowels of the horizontal section, for horizontal wells, it’s the key to ensure the rational exploitation, to guide the optimization design, and to improve the development effect.In this thesis, we will take the actual product effect of ZH Ng reservoir with bottom water as an example. According to the problems exposed in the process of present production, we contrast the layer fine and analyze the distribution of the sand in the reservoir, build detailed 3D geological model, and lay the foundation of carrying out comprehensive reservoir engineering studies. At the same time, we make the engineering research of heterogeneous reservoir with bottom water and dissect the production law of the actual reservoir, and systematic study the factors affecting the production capacity of horizontal wells in the heterogeneous reservoir with bottom water, and make the sensitivity evaluation of horizontal wells’ production capacity. Based on the research results, we find out the key factors that limit the reservoir development effect, finish the sensitivity evaluation of production capacity for reservoir with bottom water and research of the utilization law in the bowels of the horizontal section for the real drilling horizontal wells innovatively. Last, we propose an effective methods and measures in order to improve the product effect of horizontal wells in this kind of reservoir.The research achievements can be used to guide the horizontal wells’ implementation,optimization and adjustment in the process of development of the ZH Ng. Not only they can ensure the successful implementation of the horizontal wells and improve the product effect, but also can guide the horizontal wells’ development of the other similar reservoirs.
