"Chang-Song" high carbon gas pipeline is the only gas pipeline from Chang Ling to Song Yuan to the downstream thermal power plant in Ji Lin oilfield, thermal power plant’s safe and stable operation relates to the overall oilfield smooth running and jilin oil field worker safety and electricity heating, thus guarantee the safe operation of the pipeline is of strategic significance.Due to large amounts of CO2 being determines high carbon gas pipeline corrosion in gas flow and carbon dioxide corrosion under the joint action of pipeline corrosion problems more complicated and serious. The complex problems and seriousness for the daily operation and management of risks of high carbon gas pipeline has brought a lot of uncertainty and risk.In order to effectively control the daily operation of the pipeline safety risks identified in the analysis of the pipeline on the basis of the presence of hazardous harmful factors, using different evaluation methods, carried out a series of safety evaluation. Safety evaluation different from safety assessment,safety management, safety supervision and daily monitoring is the negative effect from the technology brings, analyzes, demonstration and evaluation of the resulting losses and the possibility of injury, affecting the extent, severity, and should take countermeasures and so on.
