In recent years, with the continuous increase of the domestic coal production, the coal resources of the shallow mining is less and less, and the increase of mining depth is an inevitable trend. In China, the number of high gas mines and coal and gas outburst accidents occurred frequently, and the number of coal-gas outburst occurred in the coal mining process. According to the coal mine in our country in recent years, coal and gas outburst accident occurrence times of large amounts of data, as the mining depth increases, the deep coal seam gas pressure generally increases, the quantity of gas emission is increased. At the same time, coal and gas outburst accident occurred in frequency and intensity also showed a tendency to increase. These disasters have greatly affected the mine safety production and production scale, so how to safely, efficiently and economically exploit the coal resources, becomes a technical challege that all coal enterprises in china have to face.Yaojiashan mine as the research object, in the construction process, gradually found that the original mine planning production scale and resources can not be fully play, investment efficiency was not high, failed to reflect the use of advanced technology and equipment for the efficient exploitation of benefit. The current coal market in the winter period, which require more coal production enterprises to ensure the safety in production under the premise, make full use of the existing mature advanced mining technology and mine disaster prevention and control technology, through the design and planning of Yaojiashan mine, more reflected in the 10 million tons of mine production scale advantage, advantage of a high yield and high efficient equipment of advanced technology and higher per capita yield efficiency advantages. The mining of coal seam in, 4+5, buried depth of coal seam average is 1000 m, 8+9 coal seam buried depth is more than 1300 m, according to the shallow mining and criteria for the classification of deep mining, Yaojiashan mine mining coal seam belongs to deep mining. In Yaojiashan mine production and construction, encountered many deep mining mechanics environment are engineering and technical personnel to must overcome and solve. Yaojiashan mines mine preliminary design scale of production by 2.4Mt/a redesign for 10Mt/a, not only increases the annual output of the mine, and mine gas emission identification in the prediction of high gas coal mine, coal and gas outburst accident increases the probability of working face coal and gas outburst prediction, prevention and working face gas pumping exhaust technology challenges.The purpose of this thesis is to Yaojiashan mine to the original design, the production scale a new design for 10Mt/a. To the first layer 4+5 and 8+9 coal seam as the main object of study, through the analysis of geological data collection, with theoretical derivation and numerical simulation method to study, study of Yaojiashan mine tens of millions of tons of deep coal and gas outburst prediction and prevention.First of all, on the exploitation of the mining area of coal seam division of the danger of coal and gas outburst prediction, according to the main factors affecting coal and gas outburst, the establishment of first mining working face coal wall coal unit body mechanical model, study is the first mining working face 1(4+5)01 coal and gas prominent rules, and put forward scientific and effective prevention and control measures;Secondly, based on the prediction of gas emission in the mine, the design and demonstration of the gas drainage scheme of the first mining face is designed, and the effect of gas predrainage on the first mining face is evaluated;Finally, the proposed 2 first mining face ventilation system to optimize the program. This for the sustained and healthy development of the Yaojiashan mine and create good economic benefits of the scale, with very important practical significance, but also for the later geological conditions similar to mine for large-scale mining deep coal resources provides very important theoretical basis.
