China is not only the main coal producing countries in the world, but also by the flood hazard is one of the most serious countries. Mine water disaster is a major threat to many technical problems of coal mine safety production. Especially in recent years, With difficulty increasing coal mining technology, the more serious threatened by water. The current mine hydrogeology and mine water prevention and control work management level is low, water disasters in coal enterprises accidents have occurred. Within the scope of the mine, often there are many small water-filled kiln, the old kiln and faults, as well as water-rich layer. When mining face close to these water bodies, groundwater can make a sudden influx of workplace accidents caused by mines. To eliminate these floods accidents in production methods must be used on or turn on the water, proven regimen of face, and then filling water bodies effective control to manage, to ensure the safety of mining work. Underground exploration is a major mine drainage water damage prevention methods. With the application of computer information technology, automation management will become the development trend of information management technology. The construction of coal mine drainage borehole is an important means to prevent and control the flood in underground coal mine. Underground exploration drilling drain large volumes of data, such as the use of traditional manual calculations and drawings, drawing difficult and poor, is not conducive to the prevention and control of water management. for that reason, This thesis with systems engineering theory as a guide, with Auto CAD as the graphic supporting environment, based on graphics, using the database, GIS and visualization technology combines modern computer management method and the traditional coal mine of manual management, development of coal mine exploration drainage engineering dynamic visual management system in analysis based on some function of the realization of the principle, a graphics, data link, drive drilling management of graphics and data interconnection, to achieve the purpose of visual management. The last, Based on field data and information collected by each function of the software are verified. The study provides some reference for coal mine safety production management methods.This paper analyzes the content and features of coal mine drainage exploration drilling data, calculated by drilling trajectory coordinates of the drilling coordinates resolution operator to determine its spatial position parameters, from the perspective of actual production applications to Visual Studio 2012 as the development platform, object-oriented C # development language, Access database development for the prevention and treatment of water drilling backstage database.
