Study On Coal Mining Cohesion Visualization Management System

Recently,the construction of informatization and digital in coal enterprise has become the tendency of Coal production technology management as the development of science and technology.Therefore,this paper discusses how to achieve virtual reality in mining engineering.To system engineering as guidance mind,to AutoCAD system as graphics surrouindings,using coal geographic information system,visible graphics and other computer application technology in dimensional figure of mining engineering,by constructing GIS data model of mining engineering and setting up production technology management data base of mining engineering,on the basis of research and development,this paper completes management system on mining engineering cohesion in the end.It mainly contains:visualization management of coal mining information,coal mining cohesion plan,mining engineering design,coal measurement,safety information management,3D modeling and mining enfineering virtual reality visualization management etc.module.Based on the theory of GIS data structure,this paper builds database to manage coal geological information,mining engineering space and nature etc.according to critical data model of GIS system.It establishs the basis for mining cohesion visualization management system.On the basis of mining engineering data model,by analyzing coal geological data,ensuring coal cutting methods,mining face etc.argument,roadway arrangement etc.mining information,and dividing mining area,we can get space data information of each mining area border.Combined with geological conditions,mining technology conditions,economic indicators etc.factors,to ensure exploiting and heading etc.cohesion engineering queuing sequence by means of human-computer interaction.At the same time,we can get mining cohesion engineering queuing scheme and mining cohesion plan data table,combined with mining engineering team and data information of mining engineering.The applicability and rationality of mining cohesion can checkout by visualization dynamic demonstration.This method increases usability and operability of system.Through analyzing roadway nature,parameterizing roadway and building OpenGL roadway visualization cohesion model,and then putting Visual Studio as platform and putting C++ as development tools,connecting roadway cohesion model and mining production database,reading roadway database nature data,showing it by 3D cohesion model combining OpenGL function, this paper provides the basis for coal mining engineering management to realize 3D.Finally,putting mining production status of SHANXI YangQuan YU Country YUEJIN COAL as target,this paper tests operation of system,and proves that system is well practical.
