SSBR is non-polluting and colorless, and it has the quality of low rolling resistance, high wet skid resistance and abrasion resistance, so it is widely applied to the green rubber tires, with the tire industry rapid developing, people put forward higher requirements on tire’s quality and performance, so the research of SSBR is particularly important. High number of doctors explore and study the SSBR at home and abroad and get a lot of perfect research, but there are still some deficiencies on their studies, such as less study of reinforced SSBR filled with CB / silica; research on the carbon nano-filler reinforced SSBR needs to be further; Lack of SSBR kneading field conditions research, etc. The lack of these studies seriously restrict the wide range of application of SSBR in the green tire industry, thus strengthening thorough and systematic study of SSBR has important theoretical and practical significance.Through the combination of three methods: theory researching, experimental comparison and simulation analysis, the article forced on the absent research on SSBR at home and abroad and made a systematic study on the impact of SSBR performance factors from the kinds of filler SSBR formulation and ratio to the condition of mixing and improvement of mixing equipment then to other aspects of view. In this paper, specific research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Influence of different ratio of CB / silica on physical properties of SSBR and the their dispersion on SSBR research, the results show that the use of carbon black and silica together help the dispersion of reinforcing filler in rubber compound, 15 to 25 amount of carbon black have the best influence; and at this time the vulcanized rubber have maximum tensile strength; if the amount of carbon black is 15, the vulcanized rubber have better wet skid resistance and rolling resistance.(2)Experimental study, the amount of carbon nanomaterial graphene have effect on SSBR / NR performance, the results show that graphene in SSBR/NR is easy to reunite,but graphene can help to improve the elongation strength, tear strength and Shore hardness of vulcanized rubber; by the time the amount of graphene is 3%, vulcanizates have the minimum rolling resistance and this is conductivity threshold of vulcanizates.(3) Mixing NR, SSBR and mixing NR, BR,SSBR research, the results show that the add of NR improved SSBR vulcanizate tensile strength and tear strength, the add of BR greatly reduced the vulcanized rubber Akron and DMA tests showed BR, NR and SSBR has good compatibility.(4) SSBR kneading field conditions research, the result showed that he rotor speed increase can improve the tensile strength and tensile elongation of the vulcanized rubber, initial temperature increase can accelerate sulfide rate of compounds and increase cross-linking density.(5) Using Proe, Polyflow designed and simulated three-dimensional micro-rotor, the analysis of pressure field, velocity, viscosity index and mixed field showed: adding micro-rotor structure increases the rubber mixing pressure and axial velocity gradient, plastic material increases while the mixing index is 0.5 ~ 0.6 that reflects rubber is subjected to reinforced shearing.
