Study Of Hot Air Gun Calibration Device

Hot air gun as a welding and removal of components of the tool, currently in the enterprise is more and more widely used. The calibration of the hot air gun is to make the value of the quantity can be traced back to the source, so that it can meet the needs of daily use. In this paper, it is important to study the calibration device and calibration method of hot air gun.In this paper, the measurement performance of hot air gun is studied, and it is intended to find out the suitable method for the calibration of hot air gun, and to solve the problem that the calibration method is not standardized and the data is not convincing:(1) On the basis of analyzing the structure of hot air gun, the calibration device of hot air gun, which is specially used for the calibration of hot air gun, is developed. It is flexible and suitable for the calibration of hot air gun with different specifications. Its working principle: the hot air guns are fixed by clamp device, through soldering tin on a hot-air gun heat absorption, thermocouple measuring end of the heat conduction through the copper indirect measurement temperature of solder, and measurement of the temperature hot-air gun is displayed in the thermometer.(2) Study on the measurement performance of hot air gun, measuring characteristic analysis and induction of hot air gun, air gun calibration method for preparation of complete and unified.(3) Through the study of the calibration process of the hot air gun, the uncertainty in the calibration process of the hot air gun is analyzed.(4) Through a lot of experimental data, verify the effectiveness of the hot air gun calibration method.Through this thesis hot air gun calibration device calibration, measurement data is stable and reliable, with high persuasive, so as to solve the problem of hot air gun calibration.
