In this paper, the mechanical properties and manufacturing process for the cellular material with cubic structure are studied. The cellular metal material is a hollow cube cubic unit cell structure based cellular material. According to the functional requirements and the geometric characteristics of the cubic unit cell cellular material prepared spatially arranged to form a cellular material having a specific function and shape.Special attribute structure of the cellular material is its internal disperse a large number of holes, compared with conventional solid material which has a lot of special properties, this study mainly for their mechanical properties, combined with the finite element simulation method, its static depth analysis of mechanics and dynamics. Statics, mainly for the cellular metal cubes through DoE analysis, design statics simulation, analysis of static mechanical properties of the cellular material of different material size parameters under positive pressure, and the relative density of the cellular metal studied.
