With the development of the society and the progress of science and technology,we have the growing demand for honeycomb structure,included of structure mechanics performance,sound insulation,heat insulation performance requirements of the honeycomb.At present,a lot of the research and application of honeycomb structure are single layer,and a small amount of research are double honeycomb structure.But the honeycomb structure layout is simple,and more of them arrange by the upper and lower layer completely overlapping way.Compared with the single honeycomb structure,it is just more than a level between layer and layer plate,and its mechanical performance,sound insulation,heat insulation effect are not good.Aiming at the problems above,this paper constructed a new kind of multi-layer honeycomb structure.Its mechanical properties,sound insulation,heat insulation are good.Based on the multi-layer cellular structure as the research object,the following research work include several aspects:(1)Design a new kind of multi-layer cellular structure,and the new construction method applied for a patent for invention and utility model patent.And the honeycomb structure with multilayer is the superposition of cellular plate and baffle spacing.And each layer of cellular structure is the same,and the projection on the adjacent layer board section of the side intersection of the hexagonal honeycomb structure board section and the hexagonal centre of the adjacent layer board section coincide.(2)Cellular model is established using SolidWorks2015 software,and the model is printed into PLA material specimen with 3D printer.And the specimen uniaxial tensile test are need to be tested to measure the elastic modulus which is 2942 MPa of PLA consumables,and it can support parameters for finite element simulation.(3)The three point bending test and finite element analysis are need to be tested in honeycomb beam structure specimen.Compared ultimate bearing capacity and deflection with the solid beam and single cellular beams which has the same material and same size,we find on the degree of bending deformation and bending performance,solid beam is the best,and multi-layer cellular beam is better than single honeycomb beam.(4)The flat crush test and finite element analysis are need to be tested in structure of honeycomb plate specimen.Compared with the breaking load of single honeycomb panel which has the same material and same size,we get on the destructive load the single honeycomb panel is the biggest,followed by double honeycomb panel,four-layer honeycomb panel and six-layer honeycomb panel.Compared with the displacement value,double honeycomb panel is the largest,followed by single honeycomb panel,four-layer panel and six-layer panerl.
