Along with strengthening of people’s environmental protection awareness, treatment of waste biological oil is becoming more and more important. Shortage of world energy resources decreases the feed amount of FCC. Bio oil refining with mineral oil can settle both questions above, with several difficulties to overcome, that the solubility of bio and mineral oil, changes of mineral oil after mixing with bio oil, and distribution of FCC products.In this paper, electrical conductivity measuring method and microscope are introduced to study the flocculating behaviors of asphalt. Research shows that stability of mixed oil decreases with the increasing of percentage of bio oil. Temperature of flocculation decreases rapidly with the mixture of used cooking oil and slowly with fat oil. Empirical equation is introduced to calculate the constant of stability.Properties of asphalt changes apparently when bio oil are mixed in,as velocity decreases apparently, saturate content decreases, metal content decreases and the poison to catalyst decreases, and little at small mixing percentage. Acid number increased rapidly when mixing with bio oil, which has high acid number. Acid composition mainly distribute in 375℃ and 500℃ fractions. Confining with bio oil in FCC doesn’t influence acid number of FCC product, as FCC has good deacidify.Fluidized bed is used to study FCC reactions at different temperature with different mixing percentage of bio oil into wax oil. Research shows that bio oil has good reaction performance,and has high conversion at low reaction temperature. Conversion rate is above 96% under 500℃,Liquid product doesn’t contain oxygenated chemicals. Element hydrogen is removed in the form of CO, CO2, and H2 O. VGO mixed with small percentage of bio oil as the FCC feed, greatly improves the quality of product and increases the yield of gasoline. Mixed biological with 10%, the conversion increased by about 2%, gasoline yield increased 5%, diesel oil production rate by 4% more or less.
