Recently,the oil recovery efficient of rod-having pump system is getting worse with the developing of oil filed,which seriously affect oil filed’s normal operation. Therefore, this article success working out “A rod pumping visual simulation software system of network”by blending the computer graphics technique with computer simulation technology、volume visualization、the principle of petroleum production engineering and the the optimum design of rod pumping.Through the analysis of requirements of system function,(the paper base on the B/S and use) the software system of network which the paper work on is base on the B/S. Using Visual Studio as platform of network software development,we successfully develope with the ActiveX control of the visual simulation system of rod_having pump by using OpenGL technique and combining with the ActiveX technology based on COM components.
