Compared with other production systems,although the screw pump oil production system has more advantages,but due to the application time is shorter,it lagged behind the theory and practical application.Mining is often the scene due to improper screw pump selection and operating parameters does not match the problem,resulting in low productivity wells,screw pump not full,thus affecting the field of energy-saving and high-yield.Energy conservation is the main direction in today's field of research,study design optimization screw screw can maximize efficiency,reduce unnecessary waste caused by unreasonable design,it is necessary to carry out horizontal wells screw lifting system parameter optimization study design.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:Based on the finite element method for the screw pump rod are analyzed,then according to the results of finite element calculation,focuses on the analysis of friction torque of sucker rod string,establish mathematical model of rod friction torque,which lays the foundation for further research work.Considering surface drive gearing and mechanical characteristics of friction torque tube rod rod string of oil torsional vibration of the establishment of the first movement of the drive simulation model as well as torsional vibration of rod string of screw production simulation model,whereby screw pump oil production system overall dynamic load simulation model;use the whole simulation algorithm to obtain the screw pump oil production system oil changes of torque and rotational speed of the post in the process of starting and stopping;the introduction of dynamic load factor to directly reflect the screw pump oil production system dynamic load fluctuations.The establishment of simulation model for screw pump wells production coordination simulation model and system efficiency,the analysis of the impact of working parameters on the efficiency of the system,put forward a new method of centralizer configuration,based on rotor diameter,working speed and pump depth as design variables,in order to achieve maximum efficiency for the optimal design model of the working parameters of the objective function,comprehensive considering the influence of rod,fluid producing ability,rod contact pressure constraints,simulation calculation,get the parameter combination maximum system efficiency,guiding production.Use Visual Basic 6.0 programming language software,screw pump oil production system start-stop process dynamic load simulation,simulation screw pump wells for production coordination and screw lifting system parameter optimization and other functions,to guide the production site.
