Study On Rheology Properties Of Dingjing Crude Oil And Effect Of Drag Reduction Agent On Dingjing Pipeline

At present,the subordinate Dingbian-Jingbian crude oil pipeline has always been in the state of high throughout in actual production.At first,this thesis measures the components,physical properties and rheological properties of crude oil in Ding-Jing pipeline.The parameters gained by measurement are useful to simulate the situation by the software the learn the quality of crude oil in Ding-Jing pipeline.Moreover,it will provide the foundation for further formulating operation and optimization scheme of Ding-Jing oil pipeline and it has directive function for actual production.Indoors,design and establish indoor multifunctional circuit stimulation system in accordance to actual demands by referring to the data.Test the circuit system by using diesel to make certain of meeting the requirements of indoor circuit stimulation operation of drag reduction agents.Study the influencing factors of drag reduction agents’ drag reduction effects by indoor circuit system, test the properties of various drag reduction agents,verify that the drag reduction agent for crude oil has the same effects,and provide data support for field application.Meanwhile, experiment with the operation of adding drag reduction agents in the field by making use of Ding-Jing oil pipeline.Using the pipeline’s own data and the test Parameters on the Ding-Jing Pipeline about the drag reduction effect, establish the pipeline model in the SPS software to calculate and simulate the operation Parameters.Analysis the simulation data,obtain the simulation scheme by using the DRA,and optimize operation the current scheme for the out-station temperature, pressure and other parameters.Comparing the operating parameters among these different schemes,calculating the economic running cost of the schemes,the optimal scheme which fixes the Ding-Jing Pipeline is obtained.Make sure the application scheme of adding drag reduction agents in production process by tests and simulation, improve the pipeline throughout, complete the throughout task, perfect the production and operation scheme of pipeline, and provide scientific basis for safe and economical operation of crude oil pipeline.
