Petroleum-coke coal water slurry is an important branch of coal water slurry.It both remains physical and chemical properties of carbonaceous solid and keeps good fluidity and stability like oil. It is thought highly much of by many countries' industrial field because it belongs to low-pollution clean fuel and has such benefit as substitution for oil, saving energy, environment protection and compositive utilisation, etc. So, studying on PCCWS has important stragetic significance.In this text, coals of Shanxi Fenghua, Datong, Shanxi Shenfu, Yujialiang and Tianjin Dagang No. 2 petroleum coke are taken as raw materials. Thus four kinds of PCCWS are prepared and determined by nuclear magnetic resonance and rotary viscosity instrument. Experiment is carried through accorting to fixed coal-coke ratio but variational concentration and fixed concentration but variational coal-coke ratio. Experimental phenomena and results are discussed and some significative conclusions are reached.LA feasible measure method of chemical shift of bound water and calculating the content of bound water in PCCWS is obtained.2. In experiment of fixed coal-coke ratio but variational concentration, with the increasing solid content, chemical shift of water proton in slurry and half peak width increase by linearity, spin-lattice relaxation time decreases by linearity. Apparent viscosity decreases and yield stress varies with different slurry.3. In experiment of fixed concentration but variational coal-coke ratio, with the increasing coal content, chemical shift of water proton in slurry and half peak width increase by linearity, spin-lattice relaxation time decreases. Apparent viscosity decreases and yield stress varies with different slurry.4. The theory of compensation effect of carbonaceous solid is discussed. NMR and rheological properties of four kinds of PCCWS are different because the four kinds of coals' granularity distribution and their physical and chemical properties are different, action forces between carbonaceous solids and action forces between carbonaceous solids with water varies,that is, the improvement extent of petroleum coke to the different coals' slurrity is different.5. PSS additive is very important to the slurrity of Fenghua coal. But as to Fenghua PCCWS, petroleum coke's improving slurrity of Fenghua coal is very obvious.
