At the crude oil exploration more than 80% of the oil has varying degrees of water.Especially in most domestic oil fields has entered the stage of tertiary oil recovery, oil recovery workers in order to increase crude oil production through the water, lye flooding,polymer flooding, surfactant flooding the oil that cause crude oil produced fluid composition is more complex, crude oil emulsion more stable, which increase in the cost of post-processing and use of the crude oil, and led to the energy waste. China’s energy shortage is becoming increasingly prominent case, it has seriously affected the national economy. At present, the domestic conventional crude oil demulsifier can not meet the needs of the market. Thus, research a high dehydration rate, breaking lower temperature for a wide range of crude oil demulsifier has become essential.The crude oil demulsifier are prepared with preferable demulsifiers of every multi block PO/EO polyethers synthesized with phenolic resin initiator and epoxide by extending chain and coppound. The optimum conditions of preparation for PF demulsifier are found that m(PO)/m(EO)=3:1, head m(PO)/end m(PO)=1:2, optimum molecular weight=16920.The demulsification capability of tribloeks copolymers is superior to which of the di-block copolymer. It is found that the HLB and p H value have a close relation to the demulsifieation capability. The optimum formula of the demulsifier is obtained by the orthogonal building, which can enhance the demulsifieation capability. The operational parameters for demulsifieation capability are investigated. The optimumo perational parameters are found that dosage is 500 ppm, temperature is 70℃, p H=5, and the dosage has the greatest influeneeon the demulsifieation cability.In the presence of potassium hydroxide, a hydroxyl polyether demulsifier was synthesized by propylene epoxide and ethylene oxide. A combtype-organosilicone--demulsifier was composed of methyl-ethoxy--silicone-oil and SP demulsifier, and the Si demulsifier as the main chain, the SP demulsifier as side group. The mass ratio of PO/EO was investigated and characterized for the influence on dehydration rate of MEDE.The results indicated that: m(PO)/m(EO)=5:2, head m(PO)/tail m(PO)=1:1, the dehydration rate of Si demulsifier can reach 90% and the surface tension of crude oil fell by half. The waste water was quite clear and the interface was pretty neat, dehydration rate effects best. The moleeular weight of the demulsifier inereases signifieantly by the crosslinking agent, so the demulsifieation capability obtains a great enhaneement.
