At the crude oil exploration more than80%of the oil have varyingdegrees of water. Especially in most domestic oil fields has entered thestage of tertiary oil recovery, oil recovery workers in order to increasecrude oil production through the water, lye flooding, polymer flooding,surfactant flooding the oil that cause crude oil produced fluidcomposition is more complex, crude oil emulsion more stable, whichincrease in the cost of post-processing and use of the crude oil, and ledto the energy waste. China’s energy shortage is becoming increasinglyprominent case, it has seriously affected the national economy. Atpresent, the domestic conventional crude oil demulsifier can not meetthe needs of the market. Thus, research a high dehydration rate,breaking lower temperature for a wide range of crude oil demulsifierhas become essential.In recent years, the side chain with methyl and ethyl siliconepolymer has the distinctive features of low surface energy, when thehydrophilic and hydrophobic groups in side chains such as polyethersurfactant is connected, which contains hydrophilic and hydrophobicsurfactant. Appropriate to adjust the proportion of silicone polymer in avariety of hydrophilic and hydrophobic functional groups can besynthesized with high-performance silicone crude oil demulsifiers.Firstly, according to acrylic acid and propylene glycol blockpolyether esterification reaction produced the reaction intermediatesacrylic propylene glycol block polyether esters. At reaction temperatureof140℃, reaction time5h, the reactant ratio of1:1.5,catalyst-dosage(3%of the total reactants), inhibitor-dosage (of totalreactants) of0.4%. At this conditions, esters rate reach up to98.0%. Itsstructure by IR,1HNMR characterization and confirmation.Then the reaction intermediate acrylic propylene glycol block polyether esters, methacrylic acid, methyl methacrylate and hydrogensilicone oil in the solution of chloroplatinic acid-ethanol catalyst,synthesis comb-like polyorganosiloxane demulsifiers by hydrosilylationreaction. Fixed double bond with the silicon-hydrogen bond molar ratioof1:1, methyl acrylate、 methyl methacrylate、 acrylic propylene glycolblock polyether esters molar ratio is1:1:1, reaction temperature80℃、reaction time6h、 catalyst-dosage50ppm、 solvent-dosage(of the totalreactants)30%. At this conditions, the reaction conversion rate achieve93.0%. The products were characterized by IR、1HNMR characterizationand confirmed.Fixed double bonds and silicon-hydrogen bond molar ratio1:1、reaction temperature80℃、 reaction time6h、 catalyst-dosage50ppm、solvent-dosage (of total reactants) of30%. At this conditions, accordingto the single factor experiment examining different molar ratio ofmethacrylic acid、 acrylic propylene glycol block polyether esters、methyl methacrylate affect crude oil dehydration rate. Control ofmethacrylic acid、 acrylic propylene glycol block polyether esters、methyl methacrylate molar ratio of1:3:2、 demulsifier-dosage of80mg/L、emulsion breaking temperature60℃、demulsification time2h,the comb-like polyorganosiloxane demulsifiers demulsification toYanchang Petroleum Group Yan’an crude oil, dehydration rate reach upto94.46%. The comb-like polyorganosiloxane demulsifiers dosage80mg/L with demulsifier AE-8051dosage20mg/L compound use ofYanchang Petroleum Group Yan’an crude, dehydration rate reach up to96.58%, with good application results.
