Organic-inorganic hybrid compounds are the source for screening potential ferroelectrics, dielectrics and phase transition materials. In order to find these materials, we have synthesized two types of nitrogen-containing organic salts and have studied their single-crystal structures and dielectric properties. The main content of this thesis includes two parts:Part Ⅰ:Seven compounds were synthesized from the dichloroethyl amine and acids:C4H10Cl3N (1), C4H10BCl2F4N (2), C4H,oCl3N04 (3), C10H15Cl2NO3S (4), C18H26Cl4N2O6S2 (5), C18H26Cl4N2O6S2 (6), C6H10Cl2NO4 (7). Crystal structures, IR, PXRD and dielectric constant properties of the seven compounds were reported.Part Ⅱ:Five compounds were synthesized from the aminoguanidine, acid and crown ether:Cu38Br2N8O6 (8), C13H31IN4O6 (9), C14H38N10O12 (10), C24H44N8O12S2 (11), C13H34C12N4O15 (12). Crystal structures, IR, PXRD and dielectric constant properties of the five compounds were reported. From the twelve compounds, we have found that 1,2 and 3 undergo structural phase transitions, exhibiting transitions between high and low-dielectric constant states, which are named as switchable dielectric constant.
