Pulp plate is one of important parts of the pulping machine, and its installation is extremely important to balance. If the installation does not balance, would cause serious consequences, such as the severe vibration of rotating equipment, the loss of the service life and the reduction of the production efficiency. With sector refining plate as an example, the traditional static balance calibration equipment has some problems, such as high labor intensity, low working and poor of correction accuracy. In this paper, design an integrated balance system by using the mass and centroid measurement method and combinatorial optimization algorithm. The related work is as follows:Firstly, through the on-the-spot investigation of the traditional static balance correction on the sector refining plate, and the analysis and comparison of the domestic and foreign relevant balance calibration equipment, the shortage of the traditional static balance calibration equipment is analysed. This paper puts forward reasonable overall solution under the premise that consults relevant literature.Secondly, according to the structural characteristics of the sector refining plate on how to get the mass and two-dimensional centroid of the sector refining plate, the design scheme of the mechanical structure is proposed respectively based on three-point supporting measuring method and the torque method, and the 3-dimensional models are designed by using the Solid Works, respectively. The appropriate design scheme is determined through comparison and analysis for the models. And optimization design leveling device and positioning fixture, improving the mass and two-dimensional centroid measurement accuracy.Thirdly, according to the functional requirements, design the data acquisition and processing system. Appropriate sensor and data acquisition and processing module are chosen match well with work performance index, data acquisition and processing system is set up, and the stability of the collected data is processed. In order to further improve the working performance of the system, the error of the data acquisition and processing system is analyzed and applied. The results of simulation and experiment show that the design of the data acquisition and processing system has reached the design requirements.Finally, combined with the mass and two-dimensional centroid measurement system to obtain the data, combinatorial optimization problems and optimization algorithms are studied. Combining with the problem to improve the quantum genetic algorithm and simulation analysis, the optimization results validate the correctness of the method. Andthe corresponding software platform is designed, and the practical application results verify the effectiveness of the method.This paper proposes overall solution combining mass and centroid measurement method and combinatorial optimization algorithm, and designs an integrated balance system for the static balance correction of the sector refining plate. Not only effectively solving the deficiency of the traditional static balance calibration equipment, but also prolonging the service life of the sector refining plate, improving the economic benefits of the manufacturers and the user, and providing reference for other balance system in the field of research.
