| With the development of industrial production, the manufacture of the reinforcing steel bar products had increased significantly, traditional reinforcing steel bar bending machine can not meet the engineering require. For this reason, changing the traditional system of manual bending and semi-mechanical reinforcing steel bar production methords to meet the needs of production, has become an urgent solution in the process of the reinforcing steel bar. In this paper, the study on development and design of 5/12 fully automatic CNC reinforcing steel bar bending machine Bending hoop system has significant theoretical and practical value.The elastic-plastic bending procession of reinforcing steel bar was introduced with the basic theory of elastic-plastic mechanics, and make further explanation of the hypothesis, definition of the bending curvature, moment from the bending procession of reinforcing steel bar. This dissertation expatiates the work principle of reinforcing bars bending hoop machine, and by analysis and study new hoop bending system, propound creationarily a new type called double hoop reinforcement mould hoop bending machine system. And bring forward the method of how to confirm it’s system parameters. Bringing forward the mathematics model to the relationship of hoop bending tray corner and hoop reinforcement angle. For this hoop bending system, the text calculates bending moment and bending force with the principle of elastic-plastic bend and the interrelated knowledge of theory mechanics. The bending power of the hoop bending system is also calculated. Qualitative analysis is made for every influence factor to the bending moment and bending force.This paper set up the bending hoop system finite element model using ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element analysis software, simulated the process of the reinforcing steel bar bending, validated the truth of the analysis parameters, finally, analyzed the stress and the strain of the reinforcing steel bar. |
