The pressure resistance loss of cohesive dropping zone in blast furnace accounts for about 60% of the total pressure resistance loss of furnace. So the droplet properties of furnace burden containing vanadium and titanium play a crucial role on the BF smooth operation. The main conclusions are as follows:Through the determination of pressure resistance loss of block belt, the results show that the reduction temperature of sinter is at 500℃ and the differential pressure of the blast furnace is steep, with the increase of temperature, differential pressure is rising,When the temperature rise to 1000℃, differential pressure rise to the maximum, at the same time differential pressure of none spraying calcium chloride sinter is 7 times higher than that of the sprayed calcium chloride.Through the research on the structure of droplet properties of blast furnace burden to determine the charge structure of Cheng-steel under the existing conditions of 66%sintet+26% pellet +8% PB ore composition is more reasonable, under the burden structure condition, the ΔPmax and S value reaches minimum are 11.250 k Pa and 791 k Pa·℃ respectively.Through the research on the chemical position of bureden containing vanadium and titanium, the results show that when the burden basicity changes between 1.39 and 1.84,the S value decreases first and then increases, at the alkalinity of 1.69, S value of burden reaches minimum 638 k Pa·℃, so the basicity1.69 is Cheng Steel existing charge structure best alkalinity; with the increase of Ti O2 /Si O2, Al2O3, and Mg O respectively,the ΔPmax and S value increases and charge droplet performance get worse.Through the research on the effect of charge droplet properties of coke reactivity and post reaction, the results show that, charge droplet properties is best by using the dry coke, this is because the dry coke reaction strength is the highest, so the permeability of material layer is better and the ΔPmax and S values are smaller.
