Due to more than 30% of China’s coal buried in the "three down one up" which are not allowed to produce in mining subsidence area. There are a lot of environmental problems about mining in recent years. How to economic, efficient and reasonable exploitat coal resources is the issues of common concern. Flexible Formwork Wind-blown Sand Fluid Filling technology is a great innovation in coal mining, not only can improve the coal recovery rate and also protect from damage of groundwater, These technology plays an important role in coal mining.Because of filling mining’s high recovery rate, low sedimentation rate gradually get the advantages of popularization and application. In this paper, combined with the actual situation of yu Yang coal mine, widely exists in Yu Yang area of aeolian sand as the main packing material, through the study of all kinds of packing material mixture ratio, and combined with soft mould technology, wind-blown sand, waste will achieve filling mining. In this paper, We research contents as follows:(1) On the chemical composition of wind-blown sand filling aggregate, density, moisture content has carried on the experimental analysis; Made of wind-blown sand sieve test, chemical composition analysis of filling water analysis; For three kinds of material made of fly ash,chemical composition analysis, electron microscope analysis chose appropriate material as filling material.(2) respectively analyzed the contrast ratio, fly ash content, mass concentration on the strength of the filling pulp and liquidity, the influence of slurry by comparison and analysis to meet the requirements as the filling mix proportioning.(3) Soft mould filling technology was applied to filling mining, on the strength of the soft mould and exudation rate made experimental study; Soft mould filling mining construction technology was introduced in detail, analyzes its technological advantage.(4) Through an analysis of filling pipeline transportation system research, chose to conform to the requirements of the transportation mode. Analyzed the rheological model of fluid conveying, to calculate the critical flow velocity of the filling pulp, based on the thickness of pipe, pipe pressure, the calculation of pipe diameter, chose the suitable filling pipe specification, design a set of automated slurry filling system.
