Flexible formwork concrete gob-side entry technology is a new support technology, iscurrently at home and abroad in a leading position. The technology keep up with the miningface, before the working face end support effect disappeared, through the stent or monomerpillar shield support,adjustable solidification time and strength of self-compacting concretepump into the disposable flexible template, between the goaf and the roadway pouring aclosed continuous concrete wall, make up the roadway side missing by stoping and theoriginal roadway supporting form a whole, Shared mining dynamic pressure, maintainingroadway stability and isolated gas and other harmful gases, prevention of spontaneouscombustion in goaf, so that the roadway can be used by the next working face.This thesis based on the flexible formwork concrete gob-side entry in the3212fullymechanized coal mining face of Sangshuping Coal Mine.through roadway along goaf rockcontrol theory and tunnel support design, roadside support design and temporary supportdesign.Flexible formwork concrete gob-side entry is a systems engineering, industrial test, eachprocess can have a great influence on the quality of construction. In addition to master theconstruction process and key point, multiple types of coordination, also should be regulated,strict quality control measures to ensure construction quality. Industrial test for flexibleformwork concrete gob-side entry need to pressure monitoring, in order to found the existingsupporting deficiencies, and then adjust and optimiz it, so that the entire process can beimproved, so as to achieve the purpose of the study.As a result of the mine is a gas outburst mine, for gob-side entry also need to gasmanagement.by changing the gob-side entry ventilation mode, variable U type ventilation asY type ventilation to solve the working face upper corner gas over limit problem;through the flexible formwork concrete wall embedded gas drainage pipes,Reasonable arrangement drainagepipelines to drainage goaf gas and through the roof auger pressure relief method drainageprotected seam gas the mining face, goaf, protected seam three-dimensional governance, gasoverrun,to solve the problems such as gas guage and outburst, for safe production of the mineto provide protection.
