Based on China’s national conditions and similar energy structure, coal energy is the basis of Vietnam, the development of the national economy plays an important role. With the increasing demand of Vietnam’s domestic coal market and the gradual decline in the ability of open-pit mining, underground coal mines must increase production and a lot of digging tunnel. Increase in mining intensity and deeper depth have increased the pressure on the coal mine tunnel support. Practice shows that China and other developed countries, mining roadway bolt-supporting is a more economical and efficient support form. Vietnam existing Coal Supporting methods can not meet the demand. Therefore, the situation in Viet Nam for the geological occurrence of coal seams, to explore the application of coal roadway bolting technology is particularly urgent.In this thesis, Vietnam Quang Ninh Yanghui(Duonghuy) mine No. 9 coal seam roadway is chosen as experimental subject. On-site investigation, theoretical research, numerical simulation and field mining practices and other methods are used to study the stability of prestressed anchor bolting with wire mesh roadway under the principle, by comparing the distribution of plastic zone and surrounding rock stress field characteristics, and refer to the Chinese roadway relevant experience to determine the optimal cross section trapezoidal surface of the roadway. Prestressed bolt diffusion in the rock group have anchor effect, that is a reasonable density can be achieved by prestressed bolt diffusion field(surrounding rock stress field) effective overlay, and preferable effect is reached. By comparing different bolt-supporting program, anchor, anchor prestressing field values, integrity and diffusion range determined for Duonghuy coal mine 9-3 working face roadway to determine the optimal bolt anchor and anchor cable parameters. The current situation of the Vietnamese coal roadway bolting experience, put forward a detailed and comprehensive Excavating, anchor, anchor of the construction process, and developed a excavating, bolt rigs, anchor cable installation, management, and tunnel roof supporting safety engineering material transport. Industrial field tests showed that the tunnel after the initial phase of rapid deformation after 2 weeks reached a relatively stable state, verify the rationality of the scientific papers of bolting parameters.Test on bolt-supporting technology produced a huge economic and social efficiency, not only greatly reduce the workload of workers, but also increase more than 1.5 doubled of the roadway support efficiency. In addition, compared with U shaped steel supporting roadway, the cost of the roadway studied is less than 48,125 yuan. Because this research is the first trial in Vietnam bolting technology, so there are still a number of problems, such as bolt installation angle, anchoring agent quality, anchor attachment support, system pressure, the quality of construction and other workers, futher researchs are required to improve the effect of bolt-supporting Vietnam roadway.
