The Technology Research On Bolt-mesh-anchor Support In Soft Coal Opening Of Liudaojiang Coal Mine

The rapid development of the bolt support has promoted the reform of the tunnel protected, that become mainstream in protecting tunnel. It has made the original passive supports into the initiative support. Along with the understanding and innovation to the bolt support theory and design way, the original supports and protections difficult tunnel have improved, especially the soft rock tunnel and coal tunnel. Because of its particularity condition, causes the original supports way hard to adapt the distortion of the roadway, the tunnel destroys seriously. The bolt technology development, fundamentally improved the tunnel supports and protections condition, and which guaranteed the safety production.The bolt becomes more and more important in coal tunnel by its less convenient,less labor intensity and less resources and so on. It has become the first choice in tunnel support. After scientific and technical worker's massive research, our country bolt supports and protections theory and the design method are gradually mature, it transformed from the pure scholarly research into the social service and serving for the enterprise.This article take the coal lane as a foundation, discuss the bolt support mechanism and the design method. Through to the analysis of its destruction, I designed the"bolt + cable + net + ladder"new support way. This new support way has been proved in theory and practice. From the practiced tunnel, we can see that the tunnel has been effective controlled. From the long-term benefits, this design is economy and feasible.
