The present mining machinery has entered the peak of obsolescence in China as their demand and ownership continues to grow, while remanufacturing engineering can create tremendous economic value and realize green production. Therefore, it is imperative and huge potential to carry out the mining machinery remanufacturing. The mining machinery remanufacturing provides inherent and unique advantages over other industries because of the fact that the mining machinery tends to be heavy equipment with a lot of large structure parts and its remanufacturing could save more resources and have higher added value. Based on this background, the dissertation carries out research on the remanufacture of the drum-type shearer rocker arm.Taking drum-type shearer rocker arm for example, on account of its working principle and structure characteristic, the dissertation first analyzes its typical malfunctions and failure forms, as well as from which causes. The dissertation second puts forward schemes of cleaning, detection and remanufacturing processing for high recovery value-added parts of shearer rocker arm such as shafts, gears, housing and so on, in order to increase remanufacturing efficiency and ensure remanufactured product quality. The dissertation later designs remanufacture information management system of drum-type shearer rocker arm adopting the object-oriented analysis method and ASP. NET technology under BROWSER/SERVER mode with design platform for Visual Studio 2010 and database software for SQL Server 2008, becoming transparency and systematization in the remanufacturing process and realizing data sharing, in order to provide effective information to support shearer rocker arm remanufacturing.Product disassembly model is established in the dissertation based on disassembled petri net theory and operating rules, and remanufacturing disassembly sequence planning with the goal of the shortest disassembly time is studied. Then remanufacturing disassembly sequence is simulation studied by secondary development of Toolkit and using C language programming with Creo 2.0 and Visual Studio 2010, and this model of recycled shearer rocker arm is actually disassembled according to optimal disassembly sequence obtained from simulation in order to prove correctness of remanufacturing disassembly model and practicality of disassembly sequence planning.It is conducted in the dissertation that theoretical analysis, simulation and experimental research on high pressure waterjet cleaning. Flow-field analysis for high pressure waterjet cleaning is carried out with FLUENT software in order to verify the rationality of the nozzle design and study waterjet flow-field distribution effects of parameters such as pressure, target distance and impinging angle. After that, building testbed of high pressure waterjet cleaning, we conduct tests of flow detection, impinging force detection and high pressure waterjet cleaning in order to obtain relationships between pressure and flow quantity and among pressure, target distance and flow quantity, as well as cleaning effect of waterjet impinging with different waterjet cleaning parameters, which could provide academic bases and references for industrial application of waterjet cleaning.The dissertation focuses on shearer rocker arm house, one of typical representative components, to make a remanufacturing test research and predict its remaining useful life. The test is mostly ultrasonic testing based and shows that recycled MG300/700-WDK shearer rocker arm house without internal defects is good for remanufacturability. Remaining useful life prediction is made a simulation research using ANSYS-WORKBENCH based on fatigue analysis, whose results show that its remaining useful life is about 56 years, meeting the next duty cycle and having remanufacturing value, and its weak part for fatigue life is found, providing the basis for its upgrade and prolong service life.A remanufacturability evaluation model is built based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, and the remanufacturability evaluation of MG300/700-WDK shearer rocker arm is calculated using the remanufacturability evaluation module in the remanufacture information management system for shearer rocker arm, whose result shows that the rocker arm has remanufacturing value, suggested remanufacturing, while its parts having a lower recovery rate. In conclusion, the feasibility and convenience of the remanufacturability evaluation system is validated, which presents not only a fast assistant deciding tool for shearer rocker arm remanufacturing, but guidance to product design based on remanufacturabilit.
