In China, there are some problems of complex properties, low grade, difficult separation in polymetallic ore, which causes difficult separation of sulphide ore and difficult recovery of oxide ore in most polymetallic ore. With the continuous consumption of resources, study on the comprehensive recovery of resources is attaching people’s more and more attention. In the paper, the polymetallic ore in Yunnan Province is taken as the research object. Experiment research on comprehensive utilization of Copper- Bismuth sulphide ore and Tungsten oxide ore.The chemical composition and physical phase of ore were through XRF and XRD analysis. The dissemination characteristic of the polymetallic ore was observed by Zeiss. The results show that the grade of Cu was 0.47%, Bi was 0.26%, WO3 was 0.05%, and the ore contains a lot of quartz and mics. When existing in the form of Chalcopyrite, copper leads to irregular conglomerate with gangue. When existing in the form of Bismutinite, bismuth associates with gangue, distributing in the gangue minerals in the shape of scattered specks or rarefaction state, Tungsten is mainly dark gray, appears semi metallic luster, and was infected with quartz.With the process mineralogy, it find that recoverable ore and analyse the occurrence state of the polymetallic ore. Taken the selective flotation process of repress bismuth before floating copper on the basis of characteristic distinguish of flotation. And the granding sizes, reagent system and flotation process in the process were investigated. As the recovery of the Tungsten, it illustrated that the content of coarse particle and the liberation degree of fine particle were high in the feeding of the tungsten flotation process, according to the analysis of tungsten float feed by sieve, and the distribution of tungsten float feed is more uneven, the recovery is more difficult. Because the low grade feeding of the tungsten, the process of direct desulfurization after floating tungsten and preconcentration discarding tailings after desulfurization and flotation tungsten were investigated and the process parameters of the two process were compared. The result of the two process test shows that direct desulfurization after floating tungsten process can obtain higher tungsten recovery, but the grade of WO3 was 1.67% in crude concentrate. On the contrast, the process of preconcentration discarding tailings can obtain crude concentrate with the grade of WO3 was 6.92%, while there is little difference between recover rate of the two process. So, the process of preconcentration discarding tailings was determined to choose separation tungsten.Under the suitable reagent system condition, it can get copper concentrate with the grade of 19.13%, copper recovery was 62.79% ultimately; Bismuth concentrate with the grade of 7.73%, bismuth recovery of 42.08%, the tungsten crude concentrate the grade of 6.92%, the tungsten recovery of 26.53%.Which will provide guidance for the ore flotation, and haye important supporting effect on development and efficient utilization of the polymetallic ore.
