| The mineral resources are important natural resource which humanity depends on subsistence and development. Along with exploiture and utilization of resources, deposited resources of the Earth are getting fewer and fewer. Because in the early time technologies of mine exploitation were behindhand, fund was shortage, the efficiency of mine mining was low, the utilization of resources was not full and so on.Result in that the procreant tailings were heaped largely, which affected humanity's life and environment. Therefore, recycling and using synthetically tailings has very vital economic significance and social meaning.The Burmese tailings are old tailings which have deposited near one hundred years. Tts granularity is quite thin.Because the storage time of tailings is rather long, in storage period wind,solarization and waterlogging.The physical chemistry quality of the ore has arised biggish change. The original sulphide ores partly are oxidated into the oxidized ores, moreover the oxidized ores compare with the natural oxidized ores, the separated difficulty is bigger. Therefore, it is difficult to recover completely lead-zinc metal thereinto.This article carried on spectroscopic analysis,multi-element analysis of chemistry,the phase analysis of lead and zinc to the old tailings. Based on this, carried on experiment research of flotation, elicited the following conclusions:(1) Researched sample nature of old tailings,results indicated:main valuable elements were Pb, Zn and Ag.The grade respectively was 4.06%,9.54%,152g/t. The oxidation rate of lead was 46.26%, the oxidation rate of zinc was 15.24%; The content of copper was 0.24%, the content of silicon dioxide was 60.97%. Because rigidity of quartz was very big. Had tremendous influence on grinding, especially lead-zinc's rigidity is quite small. Grinding would create fulsome comminution of goal minerals, had certain influence on indexes of separation.(2) Small closed-circuit experiment of selective flotation. Obtained the grade of lead concentrate was 23.16%,the recovery was 41.41%.Thereinto,the grade of silver was 816.3g/t,the recovery of silver was 38.99%; obtained the grade of zinc concentrate was 53.73%,the recovery was 73.10%.Tthereinto, the grade of silver was 283.2g/t,the recovery of silver was 24.18%.The total recovery of silver reached 63.17%.(3) Small closed-circuit experiment of bulk flotation.Obtained the lead-zinc concentrate that the grade of lead was 8.01%, the grade of zinc was 43.01%,the accumulative grade of lead-zinc was 51.02%,the grade f silver was 537.4g/t. The recovery of lead,zinc,silver,respectively was 38.18%,87.41%,68.44%.(4) Comparing results of small closed-circuit experiment of selective flotation and bulk flotation. The index of selective flotation was better,but most of the lead was not selected, needed further research. |
