Aerosol suspended in the atmosphere by solid or liquid particles with diameter less than 100μm, which has essential influence on the formation of haze days. With the continuous development of economy, our country frequent occurrence of fog-haze and presented an significant increasing trend in recent years, especially several dense hazefog episodes were occurred in the North China Plain from January to February, 2014, which caused people’s extensive concern. Thereafter, many scholars have studied on aerosol properties of haze pollution. Nevertheless, a lot of research only focused in the Beijing area and rare study of Shijiazhuang which suffer the more severe haze pollution. Due to the measurement from passive remote sensing monitoring techniques are affected by weather conditions, and lack of data in cloudy-rainy days or heavy haze day. In addition, the vertical distribution of aerosol can not be obtained and the data derived from satellite is of poor quality. In this paper, joint use of active and passive remote sensing for stereoscopic observation of aerosol properties from December, 2013 to March, 2014.Analysis of the aerosol optical properties and recognition of absorption aerosol by CE-318 sun photometer which represents one of the passive remote sensing monitoring techniques, and the research result showed that,(1)The winter haze dominated by absorption of dry fine-mode particles. Although the aerosol optical properties has a certain similarity between Shijiazhuang and Beijing area, the higher proportion of fine particles, higher content of carbonaceous aerosols and more severe aerosol pollution in Shijiazhuang;(2) A negative correlation can be observed between hourly averaged CBC and hourly averaged visibility; The probability of occurrence of severe haze hours was 97.78% when the CBC was higher than the averaged CBC.The fraction of BrC emitted from incomplete combustion is high when the haze pollution is severve.Analysis the relationship between the aerosol distribution and meteorological factors by fixed and mobile measurement of lidar which represents one of the active remote sensing monitoring techniques, and calculated the ABLH and inversion intensity by using extinction coefficient and temprature profile, the result revealed that,(1)ABL and inversion are the important influencing factors of haze intensity in the winter of Shijiazhuang;(2)Reveal the difference of ABL, AOD, PM2.5 of haze with different intensity by statistics and anslysis the different haze day;(3)The result of mobile Measurement for Shijiazhuang and Periphery proved the exist of clean air area and pollution transmission convergence zone, which indicated that the concentration of atmospheric pollutants is controlled by topographic factors, and the pollution of shijiazhuang city presented a certain spatial inequality.
