This thesis focuses on manufacturing and eco-manufacturing of the complex project, with integrating the computer to solve the problems of decision and coupling the economic evaluation and ecologic objective on cutting parameters process. Also focuses on the proposal and implementing the approaches to modeling the ecomanufacturing.These approaches enable to prepare and simulate a product of manufacturing process ensuring the coupling between ecological and economic objectives.The approaches in this thesis is based on the concepts of aid decision as well as multi-objective optimization. Theaid decision allows the intervention at two different levels: the choice to quantify the environmental impacts and the choice of final manufacturing scenario. To optimize multi-objectives, it ensures the coupling between the two main pillars of eco-manufacturing: ecology and economy. At the level of aid decision multi-criteria, Promethee and Evamix methods have been applied, while the particle swarm optimization(PSO) wasurbanized as part of the multi-objective optimization.These approaches have been applied initially to some machining operations: milling and turningtechniques.For the experimental, we proposed to study the influencing of cutting parameters on a product such as surface roughness and tolerances. We used NC milling machine tool and aluminum alloy LY12 for the workpiece.
