An automatic control research idea on the loading and unloading is proposed aiming at the problems that automation degree is not high, low efficiency, the labor intensity, the safety of workers can not be guaranteed in the process of loading and unloading in drill pipe end milling. The loading and unloading system adopts mechanical-electrical-hydraulic integration technology, using electrical control system to control the action of the hydraulic cylinder to realize the action of the mechanical structure, and finally completes the loading and unloading of pipe material. A loading and unloading control system is designed after analyzing the mechanical and hydraulic system and considering the material, structure, shape, quality and other factors of actual pipe material.An overall scheme for loading and unloading system in drill pipe end milling is designed on the basis of the analysis of current situation and trend of development of drill pipe end milling, in which the mechanical system, hydraulic transmission system and electrical control system are designed, improves the original control method of the system. According to the processing environment and process, the selection of loading and unloading controller and testing equipments is completed, the system action sequence is designed, and a simulation experiment platform is set up, realizing manual and automatic control in the process of loading and unloading. Moreover, the installation position of each sensor is determined, and hardware structure installation and debugging is completed. The result of experiment proves the stability of loading and unloading system. Finally, loading and unloading control program is done combined with the hardware system, which realizes the action control of various mechanical structures and makes software interlocking of the signal of each part to make it interlock work, and the automatic loading and unloading in drill pipe end milling is realized.Under the premise of ensuring the safety of workers, the production efficiency is improved, labor is saved, and expected goals are achieved.
