At present,China's manufacturing industry is the key period of transformation and upgrading.It is very urgent to realize the demand of stamping production automation.At the same time of stamping production upgrading,we should make full use of the existing stamping equipment of the enterprise,avoid the purchase of new stamping equipment to the greatest extent,so as to reduce the risk and cost of the enterprise in upgrading.According to the production process,production mode,structure and control characteristics of the open press,this paper puts forward the realization scheme of the wired automatic loading and unloading system of the open press,understands the design requirements,and designs the technological process and control sequence of the wired automatic loading and unloading system.The whole system adopts the modular design,including the tension module,the feeding module and the centering module And double sheet detection module,stamping module,continuous loading and unloading module and safety protection module,each module through the analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing implementation methods,choose the best scheme for design,for the key components of the selection calculation.The static and dynamic analysis of the key components of the system and the whole loading and unloading manipulator is carried out.The equivalent stress and equivalent effect variation diagram of the key components and the whole manipulator are obtained by using ANSYS and ADAMS software.The analysis results show that the static stiffness meets the requirements of use.The first six modal analysis of the whole manipulator is carried out,and the analysis results show that the vibration amplitude of each stage has an effect on the operation of the system Through the harmonic response analysis,the overall harmonic response diagram of the manipulator is obtained,and compared with the external excitation,it is proved that the overall resonance of the manipulator will not occur;through the kinematic analysis,the motion speed curve,acceleration curve and force curve of the manipulator are obtained,which provides the sequence control and the beat optimization of the system Theoretical basis.To complete the design of the whole control system,firstly,the hardware design of the control system is carried out.Compared with the advantages and disadvantages of the existing control system.PLC is selected as the control system.On this basis,I/O channels of PLC controller are allocated,and the pneumatic system is designed.After that,the software of the control system is designed,the control flow of the wire type automatic loading and unloading is analyzed,the sequence function diagram of the control system is designed,the PLC program is compiled,and the human-machine interface of the control system is designed.Finally,the whole system is installed and debugged,and the detailed installation,debugging and simulation scheme of the system is designed.First,each module of the system is debugged,and the errors of each module are solved.Then,the joint debugging of the whole system is carried out,the parameters of the system are set,and the faults and solutions of the whole system are recorded.Finally,through the continuous operation of the system,further test the stability and reliability of the system.sequence control and the beat optimization of the system Theoretical basis.To complete the design of the whole control system,firstly,the hardware design of the control system is carried out.Compared with the advantages and disadvantages of the existing control system,PLC is selected as the control system.On this basis,I/O channels of PLC controller are allocated,and the pneumatic system is designed.After that,the software of control system is designed,the control flow of wire type automatic loading and unloading is analyzed,the sequence function diagram of control system is designed,the PLC program is compiled,and the man-machine interface of control system is designed.Finally,the whole system is installed and debugged,and the detailed installation,debugging and simulation scheme of the system is designed.First,each module of the system is debugged,and the errors of each module are solved.Then,the joint debugging of the whole system is carried out,the parameters of the system are set,and the faults and solutions of the whole system are recorded.Finally,through the continuous operation of the system,further test the stability and reliability of the system.
