Research Of Distributed Control System Of Submerged Arc Furnace

San submerged arc furnace control system is based on the process of decorating, loading and burdening materials, which automaticly integrates the submerged arc furnace batching system, feeding systems and roof fabric systems of the San submerged arc. This research is valueable for improving the working conditions and enterprise management, moreover, it is useful to reduce the costs for the enterprices.First of all, the background, current situation and development trend of submerged arc distributed furnace control system were reviewed in the study, the total scheme, softwares and hardwares of San submerged arc furnace were designed on the fundation of analyzing and researching the decorating, loading and burdening materials, addressing the design of San submerged arc furnace by using the hypogyny PLC and the upper force control configuration softwares.Secondly, after analyzing and researching san submerged arc furnace control system under the situation of actual manufacturing, the control system softwares and hardwares of the decorating, loading and burdening materials were individually designed. The structure of combining Industrial Personal Computer(IPC) and Siemens PLC was chosen in the hardware part, using the IPC as the host PC to achieve the remote control for the whole system. Using the Siemens PLC as the hypogyny PC to achieve the movement control of decorating, loading and burdening materials. In the software part, Siemens PLC Ladder diagram Programming addresses the data collection and movement control, the host PC uses the ForceControl 6.1Configuration as the Development Platform which combined Access data base to achieve the data store of san submerged arc furnace control system and data output functions etc. The control part of the whole system uses the RS-485 for achieving the communication.Finally, basing on the the distributed control system and ower control configuration software, the engineering application configuration and implementation method were presented, moreover, the Control Policy Approach was reseached and discussed.
