Shougang Oxygen Factory Shunyi Cold Rolling operation area of nitrogen on the cold rolling production line to supply nitrogen purge,chemical reaction is to provide protection and maintenance replacement gas task,which requires us to provide pressure stable,reliable quality and nitrogen.The Distributed Control System which is based on the PC(Personal Computer)is an important development direction in the control field at present.Being constitute of the processing control level,the control management level and the production management level,taking the communication network as the link,centralizing displayed operation management,controlling disperser relatively,owning the nimble disposition,the configuration convenience multistage computer network system structure,The Distributed Control System can definitely adapt the long production process,the multiplied examination control loops,the complex production control plan,the high security reliability request.With Shougang oxygen plant along the cold work area 10000Nm~3/h nitrogen control part is the background,the process and automation system of nitrogen air separation effect,which is briefly introduced,the control system structure analysis,the fourth generation of distributed control system of Yokogawa company of CS3000 hardware and software configuration.The main contents are as follows:The characteristics of production process of understanding nitrogen manufacture,based on control technology for the concept of service.The characteristics of the production process understanding nitrogen,according to the design principle of distributed control system design concept of distributed control system of nitrogen engineering,design the control system of nitrogen requirements of the production process.According to the type and quantity of process point of the reasonable completed the hardware system assembly and connection with the field instruments.In order to avoid and reduce the interference and the system risk,in terms of hardware has also taken a lot of redundancy design and hardware anti-jamming and anti risk measures;it makes the system obtain better effect.The configuration of the system using CS3000 configuration software is flexible and convenient for programming design is reasonable,to achieve the production and management of the production process monitoring,fault detection and statistical reports and other functions brought great convenience.The production process of the control variables,the application of basic PID,cascade control algorithm to achieve the control of stable and reliable,achieve the process requirements,ensure the production qualityThe system has achieved the design requirements to build after through various test,the system alone and combined with process equipment debugging.Since commissioning of the system the system is stable and reliable,fully meet requirements of the control oxygen production,verify the effectiveness of the designed scheme.
