Therefore put forward colloid inhibition foam fire protection technology, developed the colloid inhibition bubbles preparation device, it is a good way to make a goaf oxygen reduction, inerting, plugging, and brought the inhibitor material to traces of the inhibitor of coal spontaneous combustion hidden area, over a long distance and easy accumulation and reach high mined-out area.On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper designed two levels of foaming device, foaming device to select jet proportioner polymer gel inhibitor for liquid automatic proportioning, using fluid mechanics knowledge, through a large number of theoretical calculate and determine the proportion of jet mixer parts size, through the experiment of jet proportioner, choose suitable for gel preparation of inhibition bubble device jet proportioner and best supply pressure is 0.8MPa. By temperature programmed experiments, analysis of coal samples before and after treatment were the colloid inhibition bubble oxygen consumption rate and index of gas concentration change. Using ANSYS numerical simulation software, the colloid, numerical simulation device of inhibition bubble and further to determine the working parameters, establishes the mathematical model suitable for the actual status of the mined-out area of colloid inhibition bubble flow in goaf are simulated. By application of 7309 working face in coal mine, determines the colloid inhibition during coal combustion foam fire-fighting technology and equipment parameters, achieved good effect, play out of the colloid fire extinguishing effect of inhibition bubbles. |
