Spontaneous combustion of coal has been an important factor affecting coal mining in China.The coupling accident of fire,gas and coal dust can cause heavy casualties and seriously affect the safety production of coal industry in China.In the process of coal mining of Ning liuta coal mine,the strata between adjacent working faces is easy to be broken,resulting in the penetration between adjacent working faces,forming air leakage passage,and increasing the risk of spontaneous combustion of coal seam.Therefore,it is of great significance for the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of coal to strengthen the research on the prevention theory and technology of coal seam spontaneous combustion in the mining process of the coal seam group of Ning Tiaota coal mine.By simulating the whole process of spontaneous combustion of coal mining seam in Ning Tiaota coal mine,the ignition period and Coal spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters are mastered.Taking the goaf of N1207 working face as the research object,the gas concentration in different places of goaf is measured by laying pipe.Combined with Fluent The numerical simulation software,The distribution of gas concentration in goaf is calculated,and the law of spontaneous combustion of coal and the distribution of dangerous area are mastered in goaf.The abnormal area of spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf of N1207 working face is detected by radon measurement method,and the rationality and reliability of dangerous area division of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf are verified.Finally,according to the actual mining conditions of Ning Tiaota coal mine,fire prevention technology is established with fly ash and compound colloid gelling agent.During the recovery period,the 5 roadways which are connected with the working face are filled with compound colloid,which completely blocks the air leakage and effectively prevents spontaneous combustion of coal seam.
