The No.2 main mining seam in Huangling II Coal Mine is nearly horizontal seam, burial depth is 300 ~ 600 m.The gas in coal seam and surrounding rock locally are high. It contains a certain amount of coal seam gas oil in the lower part of the formation; there is oil-gas overflow in the process of mining. The main no2 mining seam is weakly caking coal-based, 1/2 stick containing coal and gas coal, mostly spontaneous are combustion coal seam; there is local CO increased phenomenon during the production process. Due to the large underground pressure, the rock around coal roadway would broke; especially at the contact Lane and roadway overpass point’s position, coal rock crusher and severe deformation, pruning to spontaneous combustion. And due to oil-gas leakage governance caused by Leak out increased, gob is also in a great dangerous situation.In order to reveal Coal Spontaneous Combustion Characteristics in Huangling no.2 coal mine, and for the underground reality, classified hazardous areas, in order to predict coal spontaneous combustion in Huangling no.2 coal mine, carried out fire prevention work effectively and reliably. First, this paper collect coal mine in Huangling No.2coal mine, though TG/DSC-FTIR-MS experiment, FTIR experiment analysis the heat process of No.2 Huangling Coal Mine,the changes in coal microscopic molecular groups and the impact in changes of the spontaneous combustion of coal. Explore the coal heated process gas product produced and variation. Make depth search for new coal spontaneous combustion index gas. Second, though spontaneous combustion experiment and temperature-programmed experiments make a further research in Huangling No.2 coal mine gas product in the spontaneous combustion of changes, make an exploration for the properties of coal spontaneous combustion. Looking for feasible and effective method of spontaneous combustion forecast. Finally, through numerical simulation ANSYS combination of field observation, dividing hazardous areas for Huangling no.2 coal mine coal spontaneous combustion prediction naturally, carried out fire prevention guide work effectively and reliably.
