3-hydroxy-4-methoxy cinnamic acid ethyl ester was a new structure nature compound which was separated from Polygonum orientale L.and showed acari cidal activity,we using esterification reaction and condensation reaction sythesise d 19 compounds according to this new compound,the research showed it’s inse cticidal activity and acaricidal activity as well as herbicidal activity. The results were as follows:1.We sythesised 20 componds,using the different substituent group cinnami c acids and alchol to sythesise the target cinnamic easters; Using the different substituent group cinnamic acids and mercaptan to sythesise the target thioeste r; Using the different substituent group cinnamic acids and alkylamine to sythe sise the target cinnamamide,and leave the structure characteristic.2.Bio-activity of 20 compounds against B. longissima were investigated in the labouratory,NKY-065 showed the highest activity,the 24 h,48h corrected redu cing browsing in 1mg/ml by 81.03% and 77.69% respectively.the 15 d corrected mortality in 1mg/ml was 45.77%,and 6.18 times of its parent compound.3.Bio-activity of 20 compounds against M. separate were investigated in t he labouratory, NKY-065 and NKY-056 showed the highest activity, the 24 h co rrected mortality was 37.78% and 34.44% in 1mg/ml, increased 2.83 times and2.58 times than parent compound,respectively.4.Bio-activity of 20 compounds against T.cinnabarinus were investigated in the labouratory, NKY-065 had the highest acaricidal activity,the 24 h corrected mortality was 77.8% in 1mg/ml, and increased slightly than parent compound.5.Bio-activity of 20 compounds against S.media(L.) Cyr. were investigated in the labtoratory, NKY-051, NKY-055, NKY-059, NKY-063 showed 100% inh ibition ratio against embryo and radicle of chickweed,and had no different with parent compound.
