Large polymer products have widely been used in every field of industrial production in recent years. For example, the auto industry, the aerospace domain, the electric appliance and so on. But the filling behavior of large polymer products is very complicated in the process of injection molding. Traditional injection molding technology is easy to cause greater error, is difficult to meet the requirements of products, and can’t very well to guide practice.The conventional method of producing large size transparent part is bent-from-sheet method.In this method the production of transparent mechanical and optical performance and service life of the parts was significantly reduced. The production process is too many that cause the phenomena.In order to improve the defects of traditional production process and the production of transparent shortcomings, resulting from development to transparent pieces of plastic injection technology.So, with large transparent plastic part as research subject, the thesis carries on the numerical simulation and Optimizes designs for injection molding process of the large transparent plastic by the CAE simulation technology.Based on FEM disperse the part into ten parts. Each time injected quantitative melt exchange the temperature and been pushed to the next area when the next stage come.Turn the continuous melt mold filling process into quantitative plastic melt.Using discrete event in turn reappearance continuous injection process.Take the whole mold system as object,gain the analysis of temperature data of mold system and part during preheat- injection- pressure- cooling stages.To extract the mold surface temperature field of information as a mold surface temperature curve.Define the curve into mold surface to analysis the part injection in moldflow.Get the result of filling,flowing and warping.After moldflow process,based on abaqus analysis the mold system loading status, realize the data communication between the abaqus and moldflow. Using simulation method, the paper achieves the digital description of filling behavior for large transparent melt, the prediction of the heat exchange effect between plastic part and mold surface in the mold system and the analysis of the variety of loading status of the mold preheating, injection molding,compression molding and cooling solidification in each stage of process and in each parts of the mold.
