The scroll compressor has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, high reliability, simple structure and small vibration, so the scroll compressor has received extensive attention from all sectors of the industry. It has been widely used in refrigeration, air conditioning and power engineering and other fields. The lubricating system of the scroll compressor is provided with lubricating oil for each friction pair in the compressor, which ensures the normal operation of the compressor and reduces the friction power consumption, the advantages and disadvantages of its performance is one of the key factors influencing the performance of the compressor. In this paper,the lubrication system of scroll compressor is studied; the characteristics and influence factors of the oil supply system are studied and simulated.First of all, the gas scroll compressor working principle and lubrication requirements of lubrication system and supply characteristics are analyzed based on the working principle and lubrication requirements.Secondly, to optimize the lubrication system of natural gas scroll compressor by rotating speed, the oil supply characteristics of the scroll gas compressor lubricating system and the relationship between it and speed of spindle are studied firstly.Through the comprehensive analysis of the lubricating system of the natural gas compressor, the first and second circulating circuits of the scroll compressor are studied. And a mathematical model of oil distribution of the second cycle and the mathematical model of the relationship between the flow rate and the rotational speed of the lubricating oil are established, the variation law of the oil flow rate with the rotational speed is obtained. Computational fluid dynamics software is used to numerical calculation and flow field analysis.Thirdly, before the speed used to optimize of the lubrication system, first of all,the speed should meet the basic requirements of scroll compressor. The mathematical model between the volume and speed is established by the mathematical expression of the central compression chamber, the speed1 n is determined by the requirement of discharge volume; The best oil content in the channel of main shaft introduced by the housing is determined by the best oil rate of compression chamber, so the speed2 n can got by the best oil content and relationship between it and speed. Adjust therotating speed in the best range of oil content, making the two speed is basically the same. Finally, the relationship between the exhaust volume and the speed is known,the optimal speed is determined by adjusting the speed to optimize the lubrication system, and improve the overall performance of the compressor. Finally adjusting the speed to optimize the lubrication system, and improve the overall performance of the compressor at the same time.
