This paper mainly reports the synthesis of C-aryl indole and indolyl pyrazoline research and application.Chapter1 the Review of C-aryl Indole Derivatives.Indole compounds is an important part of heterocyclic chemistry,they have a widely application in terms of pesticide,medicine, spices,dye.Aryl iodole compounds widely exists in many bioactive natural products and drugs.They showed a wide range of biological properties.In recent years, the synthesis of aryl indoles has always been a hot spot.Therefore,a lot of effort focus on using a variety of aromatic and different position substitutive indoles C-H arylation directly.Given this,the chapter reviewed the development in synthesis of aromatic indole research.Chapter2 Metal-Free,C-H Arylation of Indole and its Derivatives with Aryl Diazonium Salts by Visible-Light Photoredox Catalysis.This chaper reports a simple and efficient visible light along with 1% Rhodamine B catalyzes the direct C-H bond arylation of indole with aryl diazonium salts by a photoredox process.This reaction is carried out at room temperature with a low loading of an organic dye as a photocatalyst without any metal catalyst and get fairly good yields.The general and facile process provides metal-free alternative for the formation of C-Arylated indoles.chapter3 the review of synthesis of pyrazoline and its ions recognition.Transition or heavy metal ion pollution poses severe risks for human health and the environment.They often remain in the food chain and is associated with toxicity.The detection of transition metal ions occupies an important position in the field of chemical and biological sciences.At the same time,it is an effective way to protect the ecological environment.Therefore,it is imperative to look for selective sensitivity testing tool.This chapter mainly reviewed the synthesis of pyrazoline and its ions recognition.It will provide some help for the further synthesis of new detection probes.Chapter4 indolyl pyrazoline selective fluorescent sensor for a simple and highly selective recognition of Cu2+ions.A new pyrazoline derivate was designed and synthesized.This compound can be used to determine Cu2+ ion with high selectivity in ethyl acetate.This sensor forms a1:1 complex with Cu2+ and shows a fluorescent enhancement by chelation enhanced fluorescence effect wit good to lerance of other metal ions.
