In order to relieve the tense situation of mine effectively, the reverse mining and excavation problem is appeared on the previous mining face and the next drivage working face in part of the coal mine. Therefore,the roadway of reverse mining and excavation is influenced by multiple dynamic pressure,such as drivaging, the previous mining face working, this mining face working. This article takes the reverse mining and excavation of 1404 mining face and 1406 return air roadway of Ehuobulake mine as engineering background. The main purpose is to control the stability of 1406 return-air roadway. By comprehensive application of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and site monitoring, we study on Surrounding Rock control of dynamic pressure roadway in Reverse Mining and Excavation of Ehuobulake Mine. Main results are as follows:(1)First of all, we analyze the rupture characteristics in stope roof,establish and solve the mechanics model of arc triangle block,use Matlab software to analyze the Influence law of lateral peak stress in section coal pillars by the parameters(the thickness of basic roof, modulus of elasticity and the buried depth) of the basic roof; we obtain the distribution regularities of advanced abutment pressure and lateral abutment pressure through numerical simulation of 1404 mining face, and the dynamic pressure influence scope of previous mining face is given.(2) By using FLAC3 D simulation software, we analyze the stability of different width coal pillars under reverse mining and excavation condition, The plastic zone distribution regularity of coal pillar, evolution regularity of stress field, displacement regularity of surrounding rock of roadway is obtained. We determine the section coal pillar width of 1406 mining face is 18 m, combined with the theoretical calculation results and coal pillar width design principles of coal pillar.(3)Based on the stress environment affected by dynamic pressure in reverse mining and excavation, we have analyzed the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock in reverse mining and excavation, revealed the deformation failure mechanism in reverse mining and excavation, put forward the supporting technology of subsection, dynamic and load release,determined the reasonable driving opportunity of the roadway, put forward the dynamic reinforcement scheme, optimized the support parameters of 1406 return-air roadway, and the segmented support plan of different stages in reverse mining and excavation is given.(4)All the results above mentioned were applied to 1406 return-air roadway, the monitoring results show:the harmful surrounding rock deformation of 1406 return-air roadway was effectively controled by the width of block coal pillar and control technology of surrounding rock, and it can ensure the security and stability of roadway.
