In this paper,taking 211304 fully mechanized top coal caving face and 211305 return air roadway as the engineering background,using the methods of field investigation,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,this paper analyzes the deformation reason of 211305 return air roadway under the influence of 211304 working face dynamic pressure,studies and determines the width of protective coal pillar between 211305 return air roadway and 211304 working face,and puts forward 211305 return air drift(dynamic pressure roadway)The support scheme of the tunnel.The above research results have been implemented and verified in xiaojiawa coal mine,and achieved ideal engineering effect.The main contents of this paper are as follows(1)The reasons for large deformation of dynamic pressure roadway affected by mining dynamic pressure of adjacent working face are analyzed as follows: low strength of surrounding rock,unreasonable width of section protective coal pillar,influence of dynamic pressure and unreasonable support parameters.(2)The peak value of vertical stress decreases with the increase of protective pillar width,while the peak value of horizontal stress increases with the increase of protective pillar width.(3)The deformation of roadway surrounding rock decreases with the increase of the width of protective coal pillar,and the floor heave is the largest,the displacement of two sides is the second,and the roof subsidence is the smallest.(4)The influence of the width of protective coal pillar in dynamic pressure roadway on plastic zone,stress distribution and displacement of coal pillar is studied.The width of protective coal pillar in 211305 dynamic pressure roadway is determined to be 30 m.(5)The normal support range and strengthening support range of 211305 dynamic pressure roadway are determined,and the support parameters of normal support stage and strengthening support stage of dynamic pressure roadway are determined.(6)The bolt and anchor cable specifications of 211305 dynamic pressure roadway under the influence of 211304 working face lateral dynamic pressure are calculated,and the supporting construction technology of dynamic pressure roadway is given.There are 24 pictures,46 tables and 88 references.
