Frequently water inrush disasters made a serious threat to coal mine production safety. In all water inrush disasters, most based on goaf water inrush, fault, and collapse column. Collapse column caused by the maximum economic losses.Hengyuan Coal Mine in the production process have been found two karst collapse column structure, which water conductivity is weak according to the previous probe. But Hengyuan Coal Mine in the mining process, in order to solve the Taiyuan limestone aquifer pressure water damage issues, we need Taiyuan limestone aquifer dewatering buck. Buck dewatering process, is also a disturbing process of collapse column, it has led to the possibility of collapse column and water activation. From another point of view of mechanics, when the water pressure changes, opening of the fracture will change, leading to the possibility of collapse column of water activation.For the problem of the possibility of collapse column water activation, i use the numerical simulation software UDEC to calculate the possibility under the condition of changing the Taiyuan formation limestone water pressure, determining the hydraulic pressure is 1Mpa. According to collapse column water activation monitoring theory, if the water activation occurs Ordovician limestone water first enters the Taiyuan limestone aquifer. Taiyuan formation limestone aquifer water level, water temperature, water quality and physical properties of the field will change. Thus, we can choose Taiyuan formation limestone aquifer as a monitoring layer. Monitoring indicators including water level, water temperature, water quality, resistivity; I use the numerical simulation software Comsol Multiphysics to simulate the distribution of temperature and chemical fields under seepage, then get the water temperature and water quality outliers outliers; According to Hengyuan coal mine Taiyuan formation limestone aquifer long-term pumping test and observation wells established water level outliers; Combining resistivity trends, establish a complete monitoring system to ensure mine safety production.
