Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials is a kind of new type of crystal which combined organic with inorganic by self-assembled. Taking inorganic perovskite as a template, it forms monocrystalline samples alternately stacked by organic portion and inorganic portion, in which the organic layer and inorganic portion connect together through hydrogen bonds. In recent years, more and more attention has been drawn to the organic-inorganic hybrid materials because it combine desirable physical properties characterizing both organic and inorganic components within a single molecular-scale composite. On the one hand, organic molecules can provide plastic mechanical properties, large polarizability, easy to processing, high fluorescence efficiency and structural multiplicity. On the other hand, the inorganic molecules have the potential application in designing of insulators and semiconductors because of its great electronic properties. In this work, we prepared two kind of organic-inorganic hybrid materials by means of mingling the diisopropylammonium chloride and the metal halid MCl2(M=Cu, Cl).We did a detailed exploration and summary about the growth method of the hybrid materials. We proposed a seed-induced mechanism to prepare the crystals and big volume hybrid crystal(C6H13NH3)2Cu Cl4 can be obtained via control the solvent, solution concentration and temperature. The preparation of micro/nanocrystals(C6H13NH3)2Pb Cl4 through fast reprecipitate technique which successfully fabricated organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite powder. It is rarely report about the hybrid crystals that use the diisopropylammonium chloride as the precipitated materials, therefore the work regarding to the develop method is meaningful and it can provide a reference for future reseacheres. The basic physical properties of the organic-inorganic hybrid crystals were systematic studied. Taking the test X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM), the information about the structure and morphology had been obtained. Then we did some optical performance measurement include absorption spectrum and forbidden band width. In order to exploring the thermal stability of the crystal structure, the thermo-gravimetric analysis and heat differential scanning were carried out on the crystals. We measured the dielectric and iron performance of hybrid crystals, further analyzes the micro polarization mechanism and phase transformation mechanism. Electric hysteresis loop of hybrid crystal(C6H13NH3)2Cu Cl4 have obvious change with frequency variation. The frequency of the electro field lower, the frequency electric hysteresis loops are more saturated and it indicated that the micro polarization mechanism of hybrid crystals mainly dominated by molecular orientation polarization. On the other hand, we acquired the phase transition temperature from the dielectric constant, meanwhile explained the dielectric abnormal phenomenon and the micro phase transformation mechanism near the Curie temperature.
