Heterocyclic compound is a large part of organic compounds, which is widely distributed in nature. And it has been widely used in many fields owing to its unique structure and properties. The nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound is an important member of the heterocyclic compound family, which is playing an irreplaceable role in many fields of medicine, materials, and chemical. Therefore, the synthesis of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound has been occupying the top position in the field of synthesis.With the continuous development of biological science and medicinal chemistry, more and more compounds with biological activity have been proven that their basic structure is a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring, Wherein even is a portion of the nitrogen-containing bridged cyclic compound. Therefore, the synthesis of nitrogen-containing bridged cyclic compounds should be studied and discussed by us. The most important and the most valuable part among them is to build a carbon and nitrogen bond. And this article uses visible light-induced nitrogen radical to achieve the purpose of constructing carbon and nitrogen bonds exactly. The reaction of construction of carbon and nitrogen bond is an important field in organic synthesis chemistry now. But many organic reactions in the construction of carbon and nitrogen bonds also caused some environmental problems. With the voice of "green chemistry" gradually increased, more and more people have focused on organic reaction under green conditions. The construction of carbon and nitrogen bond under visible light intruduced reaction can realize the goal of green chemistry well.This articler explores the intramolecular cycloaddition of nitrogen radicals of oxime ester compound under visible light, which is the combination of visible light and organic reactions, creating a new method of construction of carbon and nitrogen bonds of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound.This paper studied the reactions of synthesis of new nitrogen-containingby heterocyclic compound, combining the advantages of green, pollution-free about visible reaction.Optimum reaction conditions Novel bridged cyclic nitrogen-containing compound such reaction by combining visible reaction green pollution-free advantages, visible light catalytic synthesis study, based on a study to determine the structure of reaction conditions the reaction, the reaction is established.After exploring a part of reaction conditions, the optimal reaction conditions were founded : the substrates(0.2 mmol, 0.1 M in DMF) with 0.2m L DMF in the presence of fac-Ir(ppy)3(0.005 mmol) as catalyst under irradiation with blue LED in an atmosphere of N2. 12 substituents substrate were developed under optimum conditions, when oxime ester compound is substitute by a strong electron withdrawing substituent group, this method can achieve good yield of the reaction and the scope is more widely under these conditions.
